Doing the first oil change on a new to me 2021 cayenne and the dingus at the dealer must have used an impact to put the drain plug in.
Tried cutting a groove on the side and hammering it off with a punch. Didn’t work. Turned it into the largest slot head and sacrificed a chisel. The whole while I was prepared with a new pan and sealant if I needed to escalate further.
