Long story less long. Customer had a loaner car for 3 days. Claims she barely drove it. She lives over an hour away from the dealership and put 150+ miles on the car since she had it.
She refuses to replace the tire even though it is part of the loaner agreement. She says that we probably gave her a car with a bad tire to begin with. You can see from the DOT number that this tire is fairly new. The car only had 2,200 miles on it at the time she was loaned it.
On her way to pick up her vehicle and return the loaner she experienced a blowout and had to wait over an hour for roadside assistance before she was picked up and towed to us. So of course she blames us for the poor response time also.
