There was a short in the fan wiring, that’s actually the fan resistor glowing in the photo. We also disconnected a random wire on the battery terminal before testing wiring, assumed that it was for an accessory. Car refuses to start. Turns out the wire was the main PCM ground, had been broken before so someone jerryrigged a new wire instead of repairing the original.
