Customer States 4×4 Fault on Dash and Surging Feeling While Driving

I was dispatched for a mobile service software update, and the customer also mentioned that they had 4×4 faults. When I went to clear codes after the update, I saw a “switch stuck” code in the ATCM and immediately noticed this phone mount holding the 4H button. Removed the mount after talking to the customer. Fault no longer present.
