– GT1-109 competed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and across the FIA GT Championship. Midway through its 1997 campaign, it was returned to Porsche Motorsport at Weissach for the factory’s 1997 Evo upgrade, giving it the distinctive facelifted, ‘996’ specification appearance. Subsequently raced in Giesse, Marlboro and PlayStation liveries, it is the most recognisable competition GT1 alongside the factory works cars.
